File and Art Prep Info

When placing an order you can upload your logos, images, or graphics and add any text you would like, and one of our professional designers will create your banner for you at NO extra charge. If your artwork is of low quality, your designer will send you a note letting you know. We may be able to redraw or "clean up" your bad artwork for a small additional fee, or we can print the banner "as-is".

FILE TYPES:

Send the highest quality image you have. JPG, EPS, and PDF are our preferred file types, AI (Illustrator), CDR (CorelDraw), PSD (Photoshop), and TIFF are acceptable file types because they provide the highest possible quality

We accept Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher files for general layout ideas, but we cannot print directly from these formats due to the low print quality they produce.

RESOLUTION:

Design at a minimum of 100 dpi for JPGs and all other raster (flattened) images. If you are submitting a vector format like EPS, CDR, AI, or PDF, please convert all text to "outlines" (curves). Please NO small GIF or web JPGs; they will not work.

MARGINS:

Keep all text and critical graphics at least 1.75" from each edge.

BLEED:

Design at full print size, plus a 1/4 inch bleed on all 4 sides. For example, if you are ordering a 4 foot by 8 foot (4x8) banner, please design the file as 48.5" x 96.5".
