Basic Banner Info

• Banners are printed on 13-ounce white vinyl with UV-resistant inks.
• All banners come with grommets (reinforced metal holes) for easy hanging.
• All banners are single-sided. We do not print on both sides of the banner.
• The largest banner size we print is 4' x 30'.
• Banners do not come with wind slits.
• Proofs are provided after you place your order.
• Pricing is available right on our homepage. Just select the banner size.
• All orders must be placed through this website. Orders are processed on a secure server.

Order Process / Production Time

• After you place your order, you will receive an email link to view your proof.
• Your proof must be approved before we will print and ship your order.
• You are also welcome to request changes on the proof. We will make the changes and send a new proof.
• It typically takes one week to receive your order with ground shipping.
• For more exact details, please visit our homepage and select your state.
• When UPS picks up your banner, they will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Banner Layout & Graphics

• Basic Banners can include simple clipart from our library, but for custom clipart, you will need to order a Full Color banner.
• There is no limit on the number of our standard colors you can use. No problem, no extra charge.
• We don't charge a design fee for Full Color banners. Just send us your art or text when you place your order.
• We can print vertical banners. Just order a horizontal banner, and in "Special Instructions" let us know that you want the banner to be vertical.

Special Requests

• Basic Banners are only available in the stock sizes shown. For custom sizes, please order a Full Color banner.
• Full Color banners are available in custom sizes, up to the largest size listed. Just round up to the closest size listed in our drop-down menu, and type the size you need the banner trimmed to in the "Special Instructions" section.
• All banners come hemmed and grommeted. We cannot print them without hem or grommets unless you are ordering over $500 worth of banners.
• We can add as many grommets as you need, for a fee. Just list this request in "Special Instructions" and we will send a quote.
• Sorry, we cannot print on both sides of the banner. Please order 2 separate banners if you need a double-sided banner.
• Our production process does not allow us to individually cut wind slits. However, you can easily add your own with an Xacto knife. Just trace around a bowl or other round object.
