| CLIP ART - The above prices are for simple TEXT ONLY banners. You can add simple clip art from our library for just $5 per design, per banner. This includes 1 or 2 copies of the design on each banner. For arrows, specify in the special instructions which way they should point. |
| GRAPHICS / LOGOS - At this time, we are not able to do custom logos/artwork, special fonts or four-color printing. Keeping it simple to keep prices low and production fast. |
| BANNER MATERIAL - White or Yellow, heavy-duty vinyl banners. High-quality, outside-durable, 14 oz (single side) or 16 oz (double side) flexible vinyl material. Banners are double stitch hemmed on all 4 sides, with metal grommets (holes) every few feet for hanging. |
| LETTERING - 12 Different typestyles, up to approximately 20 WORDS, WORDS, WORDS, single-sided, one standard color - Black, Red, Blue or Forest Green. Add a second standard color for a 25% up-charge. |
| PROOFS - A full color proof for your approval will be available within 4 hours; if ordered Mon-Fri before 3 pm central; otherwise it will be ready by noon the next business day. |

TURNAROUND (See Map Below) - Orders will usually be shipped the business day after we receive your proof approval. Production time is approximate; for guaranteed deadline work, please put your deadline in the special instructions area of the order form.

| SHIPPING - Standard UPS shipping is $9; for faster delivery, choose 2 day for $20 or Next Day for $40. This fee covers all the banners in your order, no matter how many or what size, so order several and save. Please provide a street address for UPS delivery. |
| GUARANTEE - We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof. Our banners are made of high-quality materials and can last for years, if installed, rolled and/or stored properly. Since handling, installation and storage are so critical and out of our control, we must limit our guarantee to 90 days. |
