SIZES - This product comes in any size, up to 52 INCHES wide by any length. The most common sizes for standard windows and doors are listed above. Put your exact size requirements in the special instructions section of the order form. For the selection of size/pricing, round up to include the proper deminsions. Example: If you are trying to cover most of the glass on your door and you want the image 30”x76”, you would select a size of 3x7 feet. | |||

PRICES - The above prices are for using the banner builder, or submitting property formatted, "Print Ready" files or for simple layouts we design using properly formatted artwork you submit. For extra creative or extensive artwork prep or conversion, there may be additional charges. | |||

GRAPHICS / LOGOS - Please read the "File & Art Prep" page for details about submitting your artwork. If you don’t have suitable art, try www.clipart.com and put the ‘item number’ of the art you want in the special instructions and we’ll download it for you. Select up to two different designs per sign. | |||

SIGN MATERIAL - Perforated vinyl film, printed ONE SIDE with a BLACK back. This allows you to display an image on one side and see through it from the other side. Great for retail store windows, won’t block your view out. Adhesive is applied directly ON THE IMAGE, which means you must install the sign INSIDE your store facing out. Make sure your windows are not tinted too dark. This system allows for much easier installation, (No squeegee required, just peel and stick). This special adhesive is repositionable, reusable and removable without leaving behind any nasty residue. The perfect sign. This material is much thicker and easy to work with, unlike normal vinyl, you will be pleasantly surprised. | |||

LETTERING - Unlimited colors and many different typestyles. Unlimited words when you submit your own print ready file. 20 WORD limit when we design. | |||

CREATIVE - We are not a graphic design firm and can only use the artwork you supply for these signs. The signs we design using your artwork plus text will be nice, but basic. If you need extensive creative services, we can recommend a full service graphic designer. | |||
|
COLOR MATCHING - To provide the fastest, most cost effective service, we cannot guarantee color matching. We will make every effort to get colors right, but because of the variations in monitors, printers and expectations, we cannot guarantee color match. If you have a big order, we always suggest getting one first, then a follow up order for the remainder. | |||
|
PROOFS - When we design your sign, a full color proof for your approval will be available within 4 hours; if ordered Mon-Fri before 3 pm central; otherwise it will be ready by noon the next business day. If you submit a file for printing, we will still provide a proof for your final review and approval . | |||
|
TURNAROUND (See Map Below) - Orders will usually ship the business day after we receive your proof approval. Production time is approximate; please put any deadlines in the special instructions area of the order form. | |||

SHIPPING - A flat $9 covers UPS Ground for your entire order. For faster delivery select UPS 2 Day shipping at $20+ $2 for each additional banner or UPS Next Day shipping at $40+ $5 ea. additional banner. US Street addresses only, NO PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. | |||

GUARANTEE - We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof. Our signs are made of high-quality materials and can last for years, if installed, rolled and/or stored properly. Since handling, installation and storage are so critical and out of our control, we must limit our guarantee to 90 days. | |||
