Artwork & Design
Have print-ready art? Upload it directly during checkout. For the sharpest results, send a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-resolution raster image at 300+ DPI at full print size.
- Recommended formats: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), JPG, and TIFF — these are the file types our design team can open and adjust fastest.
- Also accepted: EPS and SVG.
- Layered files welcome: send a PSD with layers intact and our design team can work directly in it — swapping a logo, updating text, or changing colors without flattening your file first.
- Vector vs. raster: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) scale to any size with no loss of quality, which makes them ideal for logos and line art. Raster files (JPG, TIFF, PSD) work great too as long as they’re at least 300 DPI at full print size — for example, a 4" × 2" logo needs a print-ready file that’s roughly 1200 × 600 pixels at that resolution.
- Large files: email attachments are capped at 512 MB. For anything bigger, share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link with service@halfpricebanners.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Pro tip: bold, simple logos with clean lines print best on a hat. Very small text or fine detail can get lost on the front panel, so ask our design team if you’d like a second look before you order.
