Print Technology & Locations

Every tee is printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film) — unlike screen printing, DTF has no color-count limits and won't crack, fade or peel over time, so your design comes through sharp on wash after wash.

• 1 free custom location is included on the front (up to 11"x14" on adult sizes, 7"x9" on youth).
• Additional locations available: Left Chest (part of the same front window), Sleeve — left or right (up to 4"x4"), Full Back (up to 11"x16" adult / 7"x11" youth), and Shoulder (part of the back window). Each additional location beyond the free front placement adds a small per-location charge at checkout.
• Group Roster (optional): Ordering for a group — staff, a congregation, a classroom, or event volunteers? Use the roster field to note sizes and quantities per person so your order comes back correctly assigned.
• Designs print the same on every shirt in an order — this product isn't set up for individually personalized names or numbers per shirt.

No minimum order — a small setup fee applies to orders under 10 pieces and is added at checkout.

Artwork & Design

Have print-ready art? Upload it directly during checkout. For the sharpest results, send a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) or a high-resolution raster image at 300+ DPI at full print size. Starting from scratch? Use our online design tool, or hire one of our designers if you'd rather we build it for you. Our team personally checks your artwork before production and you get free revisions at no extra charge.

• Using AI-generated artwork? Most AI image generators output low-resolution files. Your art must meet at least 150 DPI at your actual print size (300 DPI is always recommended) — you may need to run it through an AI upscaling tool before submitting.
• Check for artifacts: Review AI-generated art at 100% zoom before you submit it. AI tools can introduce spelling errors, distorted features, or blurred backgrounds — we print exactly what's provided, so fix these before sending your file.
• File format: Export as a high-resolution PNG, JPG or PDF. If your AI tool generated a logo or graphic, we recommend running it through a vectorization tool first and submitting it as an AI, EPS or SVG file.
