Choose Your Flag Material
All traditional flags are printed using direct-to-fabric dye-sublimation, which infuses ink into the material for sharp, durable color that holds up outdoors.
Dye-Sublimated Flag Fabric
Lightweight, durable fabric with vivid, direct-to-fabric printed color. Single-Sided flags show a bold mirror image through to the reverse; Double-Sided prints each face independently.
Sizes & Sides
Available in 2x3, 2x4, 2.5x3, 3x3, 3x4, 3x5, 4x4, 4x6, 4x8, 4x10, 4x12, 5x7, 5x8, 5x10, 6x8, 6x10, 6x12, 8x10 and 8x12. Choose Single-Sided or Double-Sided printing depending on how your flag will be viewed.
Sizing tolerance: finished dimensions may vary by up to 1 inch on small format flags, or up to 10% on large format flags.
Header & Assembly Options
- Header Orientation — Left, Top, or Right, depending on how your flag will be mounted or flown.
- Header Type — White Canvas for a traditional finished edge, or Printed Fabric to extend your design into the header itself.
- Assembly — Pole Pocket & Grommets, Grommets Only, or Pole Pocket Only, depending on your mounting hardware.
Safe zone: keep all important artwork, text, and logos at least 2" inside the edge so nothing is lost into the header or covered by grommets.

Artwork & Design
Have print-ready art? Upload it directly during checkout — we recommend vector files, or high-resolution raster images (at least 150 DPI at full size) for the sharpest results. Starting from scratch or need a template to build to the correct bleed and safe area for your size? Download one from our artwork templates page linked above; we offer sized, print-ready templates with bleed and layout guides built in for every product we sell. Once you order, our design team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof, typically within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions before anything goes to print. You can also design online using our built-in customizer, or hire one of our designers if you'd rather we build it for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What's the difference between Single-Sided and Double-Sided flags?
- Single-Sided flags print one face directly, with a bold mirror image showing through on the reverse. Double-Sided flags print each face independently so both sides read correctly.
- Should I choose White Canvas or Printed Fabric for my header?
- White Canvas gives a traditional finished edge along the header. Printed Fabric extends your design into the header itself for a fully branded look.
- Which assembly option should I choose?
- Pole Pocket & Grommets covers most mounting hardware. Choose Pole Pocket Only if you're sliding onto a pole with no need for tie-down points, or Grommets Only if you're hanging with rope, zip ties or S-hooks instead of a pole.
- Can traditional flags be used outdoors?
- Yes — the dye-sublimated fabric and lightweight construction are built for outdoor flying at events, schools and sports fields.
- How accurate is the finished size of my flag?
- Finished dimensions may vary by up to 1 inch on small format flags, or up to 10% on large format flags.
