Standard Vinyl (13 oz)

Premium High Definition Vinyl (15 oz)
A smooth, scrim-free print surface for sharper detail and a more polished finish.
Outdoor/Heavy Duty Vinyl (18 oz)
Our strongest single-sided vinyl, built to stand up to wind, rain, snow and sun.
Double Sided Vinyl (18 oz)
Full-strength 18 oz vinyl with a matching image printed on both faces — ideal for banners viewed from either side, like flags over a walkway.
Mesh Vinyl (9 oz)
Perforated to let wind pass through, reducing stress on fences and high-wind mounting spots.
Heavy Stretch Fabric (7 oz)
A soft-touch fabric banner with a wrinkle-resistant, matte finish — a popular choice for tension displays and step-and-repeats.
Double Side Fabric (7 oz sewn together)
Two 7 oz fabric panels sewn back-to-back for a clean two-sided display with no visible seam-through.

Available from 2' x 2' up to 5' x 10'. Need a custom size in that range? Select the closest size and note your exact dimensions in the design instructions. Sizing tolerance: finished dimensions may vary by up to 1 inch on small format items, or up to 10% on large format items.
- Grommets & Hemming — Heat-welded hems with rust-resistant metal grommets, included at no extra charge.
- Hemming Only — Reinforced heat-welded edges without grommets.
- None — Raw cut edge, no finishing.

Upload print-ready art directly, or launch our online design tool to build your artwork from scratch — no design experience required. If you'd rather we build it for you, choose Hire a Designer at checkout.
- Using AI-generated artwork? Most AI image generators output low-resolution files. Your art must meet at least 150 DPI at your actual print size (300 DPI is always recommended) — you may need to run it through an AI upscaling tool before submitting.
- Check for artifacts: Review AI-generated art at 100% zoom before you submit it. AI tools can introduce spelling errors, distorted details, or blurred backgrounds — we print exactly what's provided, so fix these before sending your file.
- File format: Export as a high-resolution PNG, JPG or PDF. If your AI tool generated a logo or graphic, we recommend running it through a vectorization tool first and submitting it as an AI, EPS or SVG file.

- What's the difference between the seven materials?
- Standard (13 oz) and Premium HD (15 oz) suit indoor and casual outdoor use, Outdoor/Heavy Duty and Double Sided (both 18 oz) are built for extended outdoor exposure, Mesh (9 oz) is for high-wind spots, and the two 7 oz fabric options give a soft-touch, wrinkle-resistant finish for tension displays.
- Do I need design experience to use the online tool?
- No. The design tool walks you through uploading a logo, adding text, and previewing your banner before you order — and our design team still reviews your artwork and sends a free proof either way.
- What if I need pole pockets, edge Velcro, or a Pantone color match?
- Those finishing options aren't available on this product yet — order from our dedicated Custom Vinyl Banners or Heavy Duty Vinyl Banners pages instead, where they're selectable.
- What if I need a size larger than 5' x 10'?
