Huge Mesh Banners are the perfect choice when hanging a gigantic banner outside on a structure where open areas exist on both sides of the banner. Since both sides of the banner are exposed to the elements, and because of the fact that these banners are exceptionally big, the tiny holes in the mesh allows wind to easily pass through opposed to obstructing the wind and causing stress on the banner material. For our mesh solution, we considered durability, but given the humongous sizes that these banners can be constructed in, we took into consideration the overall weight of the banner also. with these considerations, we chose our unique 10 ounce vinyl mesh material for these banners. Mesh means there are tiny holes that will not obstruct the wind while allowing the print graphics to remain highly visible with clarity and color resolution.

These large format mesh banners are printed with a semi gloss non reflective finish using UV fade resistant / eco friendly inks, and we provide, free of charge, heat welded hems and grommets on each corner of the banner and every 3-4 feet for that extra needed installation support. Pole pockets can be also constructed for and additional $5 per pocket. These extra large Banners are single-sided only, so If you need a high gloss huge double-sided banner, simply order two and hang them back to back, tied together through the grommet holes.

Finishing

These banners come standard with sewn hems with perimeter webbing and grommets every few feet.

Please note that Large Format Banners are folded when packaged and shipped, so some creasing will occur. Any creases usually work themselves out after one to three days of hanging the banner, and laying your banner on a flat surface in direct sunlight will help speed up this process.

Due to hemming, banner sizes are approximate. Finished banners may vary slightly in size, usually by no more than 1/2".

Instructions & Care

Custom Banners can be cleaned with a mild soap and water mix using a soft nonabrasive rag. While the inks will hold up to a gentle cleaning, the banners are not meant to be scrubbed. To store your banner for future use, simply roll it with the ink side facing in and place it back in the shipping carton. If your banner came with a sheet of protective nonstick paper, save it and place it over the print side of the banner before rolling. For best results we recommend you store your rolled banners upright in a cool dry area

Set up your art file at full print size, no bleed necessary. As an example, art for a 6’x6’ banner would be set up at 72”x72”.

For best print quality, we recommend a minimum resolution of 100 ppi at full print size. For example, an image that prints at 72”x72” would need to be 7200x7200 pixels for best results.
