For banners that will stay outdoors long-term or face high wind, our large format mesh banners let air pass through instead of catching it.

Sizes & Finishing

Large format sizes range from combinations like 3' x 35' up to 10' x 50', including square options like 10' x 10', select your exact width and length from the size options above. Need something smaller? Our standard vinyl banners cover sizes from 2' x 2' to 5' x 30'.

Sizing tolerance: finished dimensions may vary by up to 1" on small format banners, or up to 10% on large format banners. Grommets are placed 0.5" from the vinyl edge; keep essential text and logos at least 1.75" inside the edge (the safe zone) so nothing is trimmed or obscured by a grommet.

• Grommets & Hemming: Pre-finished hems and grommets every few feet, included standard, so it's ready to install as soon as it arrives.
• Pole Pockets (optional): 3" flat pockets sized for a 1" diameter pole, priced per pocket count; contact us for current pricing.

Banners 6' x 6' and larger are folded for shipping by default (rolling is available for a small additional packaging fee), some creasing in transit is normal and not something we can guarantee against, though it typically relaxes once hung.

These large vinyl banners are just as durable and high-quality as any of our smaller custom banners, the size doesn't come at the cost of print clarity or construction. A designer personally checks your artwork before your proof goes out, and production typically ships within 3–4 business days of your proof approval (large orders may ship separately from the rest of your order).

Care & Storage

Clean your large format banner with a mild soap and water mix using a soft, non-abrasive rag. Avoid scrubbing. To store it, roll the banner with the ink side facing in and place it back in its shipping carton. Store rolled banners upright in a cool, dry area.

Can a large format vinyl banner be used outdoors long-term?

13 oz and 18 oz vinyl are best for indoor use or temporary outdoor display. For banners that will stay outside long-term or face high wind, our large format mesh banners are a better fit.

Will my large banner arrive with creases?

Banners 6' x 6' and larger are folded for shipping by default, so some creasing in transit is normal. It typically relaxes once the banner is hung; rolling is available for an additional packaging fee if you'd prefer to avoid fold lines.
